by the New Zealand Food Safety Authority.
It covers staff training and food hygiene, storage, preparation, handling and cooking.
We joined this programme because it provides us with a practical system and demonstrates our commitment to producing safe high quality food.
We are proud of our A food license rating.
Our goal is to keep evolving. Adding things our customers want or need.
